You wrote that you have tested "all". I asked if you used the "restore core files" feature of the Joomla! Update component to restore missing or corrupted _menu records and you wrote that you had done this and it worked. I don't think that's misrepresenting what you wrote.
You added something about installing a fresh Joomla website and copying the _menu table from it and importing that table into an existing website (that may or may not already have other [third-party] components installed) and that this approach would resolve the OP's problems. If that's not what you meant to write then I think you need to explain things with more detail.
I'm saying that, until the OP uses the SQL query I mentioned earlier in this topic, we would have a clearer idea what is wrong instead of guessing—that's what I think you've done here—what is the best approach to tackling the matter. I wouldn't know. You evidently seem to know more about these things than other forum users have mentioned in the past.
Anyway, if your approach solves the problem then you can claim credit for the solution but, if it doesn't, then you need to try a different approach, test it, and instruct us how to fix it.![Cool 8)]()
