The plugin /plugins/system/modulehistory/ is not part of the Joomla core.
It seems not compatible with Joomla 4.
You can solve the error by disabling that plugin:
via database (e.g. phpMyAdmin) search in the #__extensions table for that plugin and changed "enabled" to 0.
or via FTP: rename the /plugins/system/modulehistory/ to /plugins/system/modulehistory-old20240116/
so that it won't be loaded again.
Check if there's a J4 version of the extension and/or contact the developer about it.
